A blend of Pinot Noir and Shiraz 100% whole bunch fermented and matured in old oak for 8 months. Semi translucent red colour with a light red hue. Fragrant red to dark cherry and strawberry scents infused with dried herbs are trailed by clove and spicy earth notes.
Light in body with a supple feel the palate is decorated with delectable cherry and strawberry fruits which are underpinned by earthy clove and spicy dried herb characters. Polished tannin structure, slightly tangy acidity and a savoury conclusion.
