This is a lovely lo-fi fizz from Abruzzo in southern Italy, made from a blend of organically grown Pecorino and Chardonnay that sits somewhere between a Col Fondo and a Pét Nat. Soft pear, white flowers, and preserved citrus with a little bready lees complexity and gentle carbonation.
